29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i):   Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.  a)  1706 Paterson Plank Road,  North Bergen, NJ.  Employees and other contractors on this multiemployer site were exposed to electric shock as the branch circuits at the site were no longer covered by GFCI protection as the electrician temporarily hooked up permanent power thereby removing the GFCI protection provided by the temporary power system used during construction.                                                      Violation observed on or about 12/10/2019.

29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2):   In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  a)  1706 Paterson Plank Road,  5th Floor, North Bergen, NJ.  Employees and other contractors on this multiemployer site were exposed to electric shock as the energized branch circuits at the site were missing their faceplates.                                                      Violation observed on or about 12/10/2019.
