On or about December 13, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet five (5) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.   b.  On or about December 13, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
