29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) At the above referenced inspection site, on or about December 10, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees who were performing framing work at a height of 10 feet from the ground level were protected with a means of fall protection such as, but not limited to, a harness and lanyard system, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards.
