29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments:    (a) On or about December 6, 2019 for the employees injured when they were struck by the boom extension on a Grove TMS9000E mobile truck crane where the employer failed to ensure that the attachment was pinned to front of the boom before the safety pin latch was released at 525 Second Street South in Eldridge, North Dakota.
