29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:  A.  On or about December 10, 2019, Warehouse:  Storage rack frames were leaned against the warehouse wall, awaiting removal from the site.  While the operations manager and a subcontractor were removing and lowering the front frame, the bottom of that frame slid backwards and struck the bottom of the frame behind it.  That unsecured frame fell foward and struck the operations manager in the head.  The frames were not secured from falling.
