29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.    a- 510 North Bay Avenue, Beach Haven NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, while installing siding and performing other related activities from three connected pump jack scaffolds that were missing end stops and a continuous mid-rail(screen).  Condition observed on or about 12/19/19.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
