29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  At this work site, employees used a table saw with no guard on the cutting blade for woodworking purposes.  This exposed the employees to amputation hazards.
