29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) Zeik Construction, LLC at 1655 Twin Dr. Estes Park, CO 80517: On or before 12/26/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees framing a two story single family home were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 9 and 18 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:     (a) Zeik Construction, LLC at 1655 Twin Dr. Estes Park, CO 80517: On or before 12/26/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees used the top and top step of a step ladder that was used for the purpose of accessing the next level of a two story single family home. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 9 feet.
