Qualawash Holdings LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1404259, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5100 Underwood Drive, Pasadena, TX  77507.
