29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Autoneum North America, Inc. - Oregon, Ohio: On or about January 8, 2020, employer did not ensure employees were protected from the ingoing nip-point, created between the oven conveyor and oven frame, located at the Feilong Line's oven exit.  Employees were exposed to ingoing nip-points and caught-in hazards.
