On or before January 8, 2020, where employees were framing a new construction two story house, the employees were not protected from falls from the second floor to the first floor on the inside of the house, thereby being exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard. c. On or before January 8, 2020, where employees were framing a new construction two story house, the employees were not protected from falls from the first floor to the basement on the inside of the house, thereby being exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard.
