29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit route must meet minimum height and width requirements.  An exit access must be at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access.    a) On or about January 9, 2020 Hydraulic Pro's LLC northern exit route  did not meet the minimum width requirements in that exit route was narrowed to 24 inches between shelving and equipment.

Employers shall have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use.    a) On or about January 9, 2020 Hydraulic Pro's LLC did not ensure that safety data sheets for but not limited to,  Rust-oleum PRO +LSPR 6PK GLOSS BLACK spray paint (skin and eye irritation) were available in the workplace for employees.
