29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a) Diamond Electric: On or about January 3, 2020 and times prior, employees performed repairs on automatic coil assemblies with multiple energy sources such as 87psi pneumatic and 208V electric. The employer had not developed, documented or utilized specific energy control procedures for the equipment, during maintenance or testing activities.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:    a) On or about January 9, 2020 and times prior, employees perform servicing and maintenance activities such as equipment repairs.  The employer did not perform annual periodic inspections of the energy control program to ensure the requirements of the energy control standards are met.
