29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:    On or about January 9, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing construction activities, including wall installation and the employer did not ensure each employee was instructed on the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to the work environment and the control methods to be used to eliminate the hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about January 9, 2020, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while performing construction activities including the framing of a wall and suitable fall protection was not used.
