29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:    a) On or about January 8, 2020, in the alley behind the jobsite at 8542 Garland Road, Dallas, Texas 75218, an employee operating an aerial lift was not trained in the hazards associated with moving the aerial lift in the vicinity of other moving equipment exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
