Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  The employer is failing to ensure the area in front of electrical equipment (control panels 600 volts or less) are maintained, and that area is kept free of obstructions.  This was most recently documented on January 10, 2020 at Wichita Water Conditioning 11615 Centennial Road La Vista, NE 68128.  Two side by side wall mounted electrical cabinets located at employee entrance (southwest) were observed having a metal spanner brace bar approximately 6 feet long, and another metal extrusion of similar length leaning on them.
