29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects. a) On or about January 9, 2020, inside building facing front, employee(s) were wearing eye protection while using a Dewalt cordless screw driver, model DCF886, to screw down tracks. The safety glasses were not equipped with side shields.
