29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At work site located at 9019 MO 7, Blue Springs MO -- Two employees were in a JLG 1250AJP aerial lift and did not have a safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket. This exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground and/or to be catapulted from the aerial lift. This was documented on or about 01/09/2019.
