29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained, so far as practical, in a dry condition: (a) On or about January 13, 2020, and at times prior, the employer, Sprouts Farmers Market, exposed employees to unsanitary conditions in that the floors were not maintained where stagnant water was pooling around the bakery department area. This was due to a leaking pipe in the bakery department at the sink which was releasing water onto the floors around the back walls and employee work stations.
