29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.        This violation occurred on or about January 7, 2020 at 9020 SE 15th St., Midwest City, Oklahoma, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing roofing work activities were in use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard greater than six feet to the ground below.           Cesar Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or a similar standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260835, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November, 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 15501 N. Pennsylvania Ave, Edmond, OK 73013.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    This violation occurred on or about January 7, 2020 at 9020 SE 15th St., Midwest City, Oklahoma, the employer did not ensure that each employee working from a roof were provided training to recognize fall hazards and how to properly use fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards.  This exposed the employees to fall hazards.
