29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):   On or about January 9, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that a door located on the second level of the south stair well was marked with a "Not an Exit" sign.  The south stair well is used an emergency access, and the door on the second level leads directly into room that is under construction.  This exposes the employees to fire hazards.
