29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a). On or about 1/15/2020, for the employee handling Sur-Kleen Alkaline Cleaner to clean out brewing tanks and lines. The cleaner contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Sodium Hydroxide. The cleaner is a corrosive. The employer failed to provide an eye wash and emergency shower unit in the vicinity.
