29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program were understood by authorized, affected, and other employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls were acquired by authorized employees:      53 Coombs Rd., Colrain: On or about January 9, 2020, an  Employee performing servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, augers and associated unloading equipment on delivery vehicles which had multiple energy sources including pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical energy did not possess sufficient knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls in the performance of their job duties.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
