29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate use.   Kitchen Janitorial Closet: Employees poured concentrated corrosive germicidal liquid into mop buckets and added water from faucet to create diluted solution used for floor mopping of dining area, kitchen, salad prep station, and scullery. Employer did not have an eye wash station located near the deep sink where employees  were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Storage of flammable liquids in office occupancies, except that which is required for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment, was not prohibited. Such storage was not kept in closed metal containers stored in a storage cabinet or in safety cans or in an inside storage room not having a door that opens into that portion of the building used by the public.  Supply Area, Offices, Kitchen, and Facilities work room: Employees used and stored flammable materials such as paints, cleaning solvents, clear lacquer; insect spray, and both small and large propane tanks inside the office area, general dry good supply room, and kitchen janitorial closet. Employer did not prohibit the storage of these chemicals from inside the office and require chemicals to be stored in the outside flammable storage cabinet.  Employees were exposed to explosive and fire hazards.
