29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   Location: 401 Forest St., Kearny, NJ.  a) Employer did not provide a guardrail system at the stairway's landing thereby exposing employees  to a potential fall hazard of greater than 6 ft to the ground below;  on or about 1/14/20.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, shall be equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge.  Location: 401 FOrest St., Kearny, NJ.  a) Employer did not ensure that the stairway that employees used to access their work area was provided with a stairail system along the unprotected edge, thereby; exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 ft to the ground below; on or about 1/14/20.
