29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part:    a.  On or about January 17, 2020 and at times prior, at 2145 Davenport Blvd. Davenport, Florida.  The employer did not maintain safety and health programs addressing the safe installation of temporary lateral restraint/diagonal bracing, the use of the adequate size spreader bar, fall protection, powered industrial truck training, personal protective equipment and ladder positioning, exposing sub-contracted employees to crushed-by, struck-by and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a.  On or about January 17, 2020, and at times prior, at 2145 Davenport Blvd. Davenport, Florida, subcontracted employees were installing roof trusses with pneumatic nail guns while standing on top of concrete walls, exposing to a 14-foot fall hazard.    b.  On or about January 16, 2020, at 2145 Davenport Blvd. Davenport, Florida, subcontracted employees were installing roof trusses with pneumatic nail guns while standing and/or sitting on top of the wood trusses, exposing to a 24-foot fall hazard.
