29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter:    a) Facility    The employer did not provide annual fit tests for employees required to wear filtering facepiece respirators such as, but not limited to, 3M 8210 and 8271 N95 respirators, while performing formulation activities.    Violation occurred on or about 01/22/2020.
