A.) On or about January 23, 2020 - Damaged storage racks throughout the warehouse    Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from collapsing metal storage racks and their contents as a result of stanchions and diagonal bracing being damaged and bent.  Employees are required to use powered industrial trucks to warehouse merchandise such as but not limited to food stuffs in cases and boxes.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
