29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): A respirator was not provided by the employer to each employee when such equipment was necessary to protect the health of the employee:     On or about January 23, 2020 in the Sprint Energy Landfill employer did not provide respirators to employees cleaning the storage tanks. Storage and transportation tanks contain fluids, solids and chemical mixtures left over after well drilling is complete. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.

Employees were cleaning tanks that contained Hydrocarbons fluids, solids and chemical mixtures. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
