29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:   a) Shop Area: On or before January 29, 2020, employees were not protected from struck-by hazards, in that  the tongue guard installed on a Performance Tool 8" bench grinder (Model #W50058, S/N #122560), was inadequately adjusted. The distance between the abrasive wheel and the tongue was greater than 1/4".
