29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.   On or about 27 January 2020, a worker performing masonry activities on a multi-family residential under construction was taking a measurement for a window opening that was going to be cut with a hand held saw on a self-supported scaffold which had no guardrails. Thus, exposing the worker to a fall hazard of approximately 34 feet.
