29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. On top of a 6-story exterior wall of a new construction commercial building, located at, or near, 4905 San Pablo Road in Jacksonville, Florida: On or about January 28, 2020, The employer exposed an employee to 56-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not properly utilized by employees while removing concrete forms.
