29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT):    (a) Spray Booth Area: On or about 01/20/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a respiratory hazard, in that annual FIT test were not provided to employees prior to wearing 3M tight fitting half-face respirators.
