29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition.  a) MSP Bloomsburg, PA - Warehouse: The Crown #18 electric rider pallet truck had not been taken out of service until restored to a safe operating condition. The truck had a malfunctioning circuit board which required the operator to lower the handle on the pallet truck, then raise the handle in the up position before the electric pallet truck would move forward and a frayed cable on the battery, on or about January 30, 2020.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
