29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer did not certify that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: 319 Manley Street, Suite 301, West Bridgewater, MA:    On February 5, 2020 and at times prior, the employer had no documentation to show that employees who entered customer production areas had been trained on the company procedure to not expose themselves to hazardous energy sources when near machines that were being inspected, maintained, or serviced.
