29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(4): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not provided between the top rail of the stairrail system and the stairway steps.     Location:  a) On the stairway of the jobsite between first floor and balcony level:  On or about 01/30/2020, employees used a stairway to access the balcony floor level from the first floor level. The stairway was not equipped with midrails or equivalent intermediate structural members. Employees were exposed to falling approximately 12 feet from the stairway steps to the first floor level.
