29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 8851 Longue Vue Blvd., Lot 65 French Settlement, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about February 3, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet 5 inches to the ground below.   THE JOSE ALEJANDRO ALVARADO-VEGA DBA JOSE ALEJANDRO ALVARADO-VEGA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER  1421283, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 7, 2019,  WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 48 PARK BEACH DR., LOT 27 PARKS EDGE, ORANGE BEACH, ALABAMA.
