OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that:     a) In kitchen receiving area:   Employees who were required to pick up boxes off the conveyor belt system were exposed to the hazard of being struck by boxes that come down the conveyor belt.  Condition noted on 02/04/2020.    NOTE: Refence The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B20.1-2015 page 12 Section 6.11.1 (a) Unit or packaging speeds that could create a safety hazard shall be avoided by limiting the length of the pitch run or using speed retarders, brakes, or other means that effectively provide the control needed.
