29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and/or shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:  82 Bridge St., Northampton, MA: On or about February 4, 2020, an employee was observed standing on debris piled in the aerial lift he was using to access the roof of this building under construction additionally, he had to have climbed into the lift basket as he moved from the roof deck to the basket.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
