29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii):  The employer did not ensure that each operator of a forklift completed the training consisting of work-related topics listed in 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)[A] of this section:  Surface conditions where the vehicle is to be operated:  a- PC Richard & Son, Inc.,1159 Roosevelt Ave,Carteret, NJ, Warehouse- Forklift training did not include addressing surface conditions where the vehicle is to be operated.  The employer failed to train, develop and implement a procedure for the customer pick up/return area, to ensure that powered industrial truck operators not operate a powered industrial truck on a trailer that has been backed to a company's dock, unless the trailer is properly secured or restricted from movement prior to boarding.  Condition noted on or about 2/6/20.
