29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i): At a multi-employer workplace, the EMPLOYER'S hazard communication program did not include methods the employer used to provide other employers with on-site access to a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical the other employer(s)' employees may be exposed to while working: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA: Employees of a neighboring business to the construction were affected by the oil based primers used during construction and the employer did not have a Hazard Communication Program that included methods by which the employer would inform other employers about onsite access to safety data sheets, on or about January 31, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

No abatement certification or documentation required.
