29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2): The employer that produced, used, or stored hazardous chemicals at the workplace in such a way that employees of other employer(s) could be exposed did not ensure that the hazard communication program included all of the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(iii):   a) 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA: Employees of a neighboring business to the construction were affected by the oil based primers used during construction and the employer did not have a Hazard Communication Program that included methods by which the employer would inform other employers about onsite access to safety data sheets, any precautionary measures needed, or the workplace labeling system, on or about February 10, 2020.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
