29 CFR 1926.56(a): While work was in progress, construction areas, ramps, runways, corridors, offices, shops or storage areas were not lighted to the minimum illumination intensities as listed in Table D-3 of 29 CFR 1926.56:  a) GRM Document Management, New Warehouse Racking System Installation - 2520 US 130, Cranbury, NJ 08512  The employer failed to provide sufficient illumination to a surface value of at least five foot-candles in the work area(s), exposing employee(s) to slips, trips, and falls hazards.  Condition noted on or about 02/08/2020.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) GRM Document Management, New Warehouse Racking System Installation - 2520 US 130, Cranbury, NJ 08512  Employees measuring shelves in the warehouse were not protected from falling.  Employees stood on the horizontal beams and were exposed to a fall of approximately 6 feet or more.    Condition noted on or about 02/08/2020.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided.  a) GRM Document Management, New Warehouse Racking System Installation - 2520 US 130, Cranbury, NJ 08512  Employees were not provided with a safe means of access to the work area approximately 6 feet or more from the ground level. An employee climbed and descend the upright beams for access.  Condition noted on or about 02/08/2020.
