Location: a) Roof: 2210 Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11223    a) On or about 02/12/2020, Employees working on a roof were not protected from falling.  An employee was moving materials on the roof, along its exposed edges without the use of a lanyard for his personal fall arrest system.
