The employer did not ensure that the gin pole was cantilevered per the manufacturer's limitations.  b) Gin Pole; On or about February 7, 2020 employees were installing sector gates on a communication tower utilizing a gin pole, were exposed to struck-by hazards.  The employer did not know the weight of the sector gate being lifted.
