29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Don Andrews located at 866 Arabian Circle, Marysville, OH 43040:  On and preceding February 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 6 feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling.  Roofers installing shingles as a part of a home warranty repair were working on a roof with the eave measuring approximately 10 feet above the ground level without the use of fall protection.  The following condition exposed employees to falls up to 10 feet.
