29 CFR 1926.403(j)(3)(i): The clear working space in front of electrical equipment such as switchboards, control panels, switches, circuit breakers, motors, controllers, relays, and similar equipment was less than that specified in Table K-2:    a).     On or about 02/14/18, at 133-36 37th Ave, Flushing, NY.    Employee was installing a track on the floor underneath of the opened live panel box with 440 voltage. Arc flash occurred and burned the employee 's back.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTAIOTN IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR1903.19.
