29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8):  Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder:    a)     On or about February 11, 2020, employee(s) were working from a ladder that was not secured to prevent displacement, exposing employees(s) to fall hazards.
