29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) At the general shop area, on or about February 19, 2019 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals stored and used in the workplace were not available for review by the employees using these hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to lacquer-thinner and AWS A5.18 MIG welding wire.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) At the general shop area, on or about February 19, 2019 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that Hazard Communication Program training was not provided to employees for their protection when using hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to lacquer-thinner and Sikkens High Performance Reducer.
