29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4): Modifications or additions which affect capacity and safe operation of powered industrial truck were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval:   (a)     Swissport Cargo services, 4300 ASR Rd. Building A, Atlanta, GA. 30302:  On or about 02/20/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to physical hazards, in that they were using a shop made attachment on a Toyota propane forklift without the prior approval of the manufacturer. The forklift and attachment were used to tow cargo pallets to and from the airplanes.
